SHINE BRIGHT

Finally a new post! I really wanted to post up this new look but I have spent most of the week at home with a terrible flu... not cool. Anyways, with a possitive attitude and loads of patience I am feeling a bit better :) Luckily, we took a few pics last week wearing what can be considered a good outfit to officially welcome spring: bright and fresh colours in a very wearable outfit, what do you think?

Por fin nueva actualización! Tenía muchas ganas de publicar este look pero he pasado casi toda la semana con una súper gripe en cama... not cool. Pero bueno, con buen humor y mucha paciencia voy mejorando. Lo bueno es que la semana pasada echamos algunas fotos y aquí están, llevo un look que me parece apropiado para inaugurar la primavera con colores frescos y favorecedores y súper fácil de llevar.

Qué tengáis feliz fin de, yo lo pasaré descansando en casa hasta que esté al 100%. Mucho amor, L.

LAYERING THE BASICS

Sometimes in only takes 5 minutes to pull together that outfit that you would like to recreate over and over again and if it is made of pieces that you already had in your wardrobe it's even better. For a relaxed weekend outfit I picked my ripped boyfriend jeans, grey coat and leopard print ankle boots all from last year and added a more classic touch with the blue shirt and the black bag. Even though it wasn't that sunny I decided to wear my new sunglasses to add a personal touch.

A veces sólo hacen falta 5 minutos para crear ese outfit que querríamos recrear una y otra vez; y sin encima se compone de prendas que ya teníamos en nuestro armario pues mucho mejor. En este caso recurrí a mis vaqueros rotos que ya me habéis visto en otras ocasiones, abrigo en gris del año pasado y botines de print de leopardo (también del invierno pasado). La camisa oversize, muy fácil de superponer en otros looks, y el bolso negro añaden el toque más clásico al look; y aunque no hacía tanto sol en Dublín creo que las gafas dan un toquecito desenfadado y personal al look.

There you are a monochrome outfit in its classic version, so easy to put together and so trendy at the same time. I love the way the mix of these two colors always work and how easily you can get a carefree but elegant look in a wink of an eye! At this time of the year, you just need to add some color to the outfit and I thought that my new messenger bag from Mango will add the perfect color splash! I think the hoop rings also give a kind of cool touch to the ensemble, what do you think?

Aquí os traigo un look monocrómatico en su versión clásica-renovada, camisa boho blanca y pitillos en negro. Muy fácil de componer y en boga.  Me encanta la facilidad con la que se componen este tipo de looks, los colores nunca fallan, y como en este caso, creamos un look elegante pero con un toque desenfadado a la vez, gracias a los accesorios y el peinado. Como el look era un poco sobrio para esta época de año, decidí añadir un pequeño toque de color con mi nuevo bolso de Mango y ¡voilá! Creo que los aros de H&M dan un toque actual y veraniego al outfit. ¿Qué os parece?
