This look is very much inspired by new and cool designer: Jacquemus, it has that retro and fun vibe that I love about his designs. This skirt was love at first sight and from the rail to the changing room I was praying for it to look good on me as I am not very tall midi skirts can be tricky for me to wear, however, I think this style is pretty amazing: the buttons, the fit and the drape make it quite perfect. I also find that even though is a more of a spring-like garment it can perfectly be styled for winter season as I have done in here - pair it with ankle boots and a plain jumper "et voilá".
In these photos, I am also wearing false lashes (I know, they look quite natural!), they are from Esqido. I have to admit that I have always been a bit reluctant to wear false lashes as I thought they would be uncomfortable to wear or difficult to apply, but I have to admit that these ones are pretty awesome, really easy to use and they look stunning yet natural - and most importantly they are high quality, you can appreciate it from the moment you see the packaging. Este look está inspirado en la nueva colección de Jacquemus, especialmente por los lunares y el aire retro y divertido de la falda. Me enamoré de la falda nada más verla en la tienda y tengo que reconocer que sólo podía pensar en que me quedara bien de camino al probador, porque al ser bajita no todas las faldas midi me favorecen, pero creo que con esta he acertado. Creo que la clave está en la caída que tiene, el tejido y los botones frontales, y aunque puede ser una prenda más primaveral creo que se pueda llevar en looks más invernales añadiendo y jersey y botines como he hecho yo, ¿qué os parece?
Como "accesorio" llevo pestañas postizas, aunque creo que quedan súper naturales. Yo siempre he sido un poco reticente a llevar pestañas postizas porque me parecían difíciles de aplicar y no me gusta que sea obvio que las llevo puestas. Sin embargo, mi opinión cambió por completo cuando me puse por primera vez las pestañas de Esqido pensé¡qué bonitas! y bastante fáciles de aplicar (incluso para inexpert@s como yo). Además, y algo que aprecio muchísimo de Esqido es la gran calidad de los productos apreciable desde el packaging hasta el pegamento para aplicar las pestañas, todo un un lujo de experiencia.
