EARLY SPRING

Even though spring hasn't arrived to Ireland yet I was in a mood for spring clothes, lighter garments and warmer colors, and white was the best option. I have always loved white, even for winter and this total white outfit is definitely one of my favourite ensemble of the year already! These pair of white trousers were a great 2013's purchase, they are a very comfortable piece that can be dress up or down, you can check some other outfits with them here and here!

Aunque realmente la primavera no ha llegado todavía a Dublín, tenía muchísimas ganas ponerme prendas primaverales, más ligeras y de colores más cálidos, así el blanco me pareció una buena opción. Siempre me ha gustado este color, incluso en invierno, creo que da vida a cualquier conjunto; éste sin duda ya se ha convertido en unos de mis favoritos este año, y eso que sólo estamos en marzo!

Los pantalones fueron sin duda una buenísima compra el verano pasado, los he usado muchísimo en outfits como éste o éste!

WHITE & GREY BASICS

This is one of those comfy looks perfect to take a stroll around a new city, in this case, in New York again (we took so many pictures!). We spent the day in Harlem and had an awesome brunch in a fab restaurant called Rooster, the food was yummy and the place was really cool and classy.

As you can see, the outfit is made of super comfortable garments including my white pants from Forever 21 that I love; I see so many looks with this piece, from a casual look like this one, to a more elegant, formal or romantic look. I actually wear them to work sometimes, as you can see in this post.

The pictures were taken at the famous basketball pitch, Rucker Park, and I think that the background looks amazing.

Este es uno de esos looks cómodos que no pueden faltar en la maleta para descubrir una nueva ciudad.  Como os podéis imaginar, este es otro de los looks que llevé en Nueva York, en concreto, para pasar el día en Harlem y hacer una parada para tomar un delicioso brunch en Rooster; el restaurante es de lo más cool y estiloso, con música en directo y un menú increíble.

Volviendo al look, ya veis que todas las prendas que lo componen son súper cómodas y básicas, no por ello menos versátiles ya que pueden adaptarse a muchas temporadas. Los pantalones blancos me parecen una prenda imprescindible, que pensaba que solo me pondría en verano pero les veo muchas posibilidades en invierno también. podéis ver otro look con la misma prenda aquí.

Las fotos fueron tomadas en Rucker Park, una de las pistas de baloncesto más populares de Nueva York, y creo que el fondo quedó genial.
